English Inter-House Competition on “The Power of Reading”

An English Inter-House Competition for Grade 7 was organized on 22 December 2025 on the theme “The Power of Reading.” The competition was conducted in the form of a radio show and witnessed enthusiastic participation from students of different houses.

The event was anchored by Advika and Shaurya of Grade 7, who conducted the programme confidently and smoothly. From Aryabhata House, Shreshthvi hosted the radio show, while Tanish represented Panini House as the host. The hosts displayed excellent confidence, clarity, and enthusiasm while interacting with the participants.

The guests, Ekamjot, Dhrashti, and Indrajeet, answered the questions confidently and shared their views effectively. Their responses highlighted the importance of reading in enhancing knowledge, imagination, and personal growth.

At the conclusion of the competition, Aryabhata House emerged as the winner, while Panini House also gave a commendable performance. The event proved to be highly informative and enriching, as it helped improve students’ confidence, communication skills, and speaking abilities.
