Admission Criteria

1. Age Eligibility Criteria

Admissions for the academic session 2026–27 will be granted according to the following age criteria:

Child Born Between Eligible for Admission to Class
31.07.2023 to 31.12.2023 Pre-Nursery
31.07.2022 to 30.06.2023 Nursery
31.07.2021 to 30.06.2022 LKG
31.07.2020 to 30.06.2021 UKG
31.07.2019 to 30.06.2020 Grade 1

Note: The Date of Birth recorded in the Birth Certificate issued by the competent authority shall be considered final for admission purposes.

2. Admission Assessment / Entrance Process

Pre-Nursery to UKG

The admission process for Pre-Nursery, Nursery, LKG, and UKG will consist of the following stages:

  • Interaction of the child and parents with the Admission Counsellor.
  • Interaction of the child with the Class Teacher to understand the child's interests, learning readiness, and developmental skills.
  • General observation of the child.
  • Final interaction with the Headmistress (HM).

No written test will be conducted for these classes.

Grade 1 and Grade 2

The admission process will consist of:

  • Written Assessment in:
    • English
    • Hindi
    • Mathematics
  • Interaction of the student with the Headmistress (HM).

Grade 3 to Grade 5

The admission process will consist of:

  • Written Assessment in:
    • English
    • Hindi
    • Mathematics
    • EVS (Environmental Studies)
  • Interaction of the student with the Headmistress (HM).

Grade 6 to Grade 8

The admission process will consist of:

  • Written Assessment in:
    • English
    • Hindi
    • Mathematics
    • Science
    • Social Science
  • Interaction of the student with the Headmistress (HM).

Note: Admission will be granted based on the student's performance in the assessment, interaction, seat availability, and verification of documents.

3. Documents Required at the Time of Admission

The following documents must be submitted at the time of admission:

  • Aadhaar Card of the child and both parents.
  • Birth Certificate issued by the competent authority (Nagar Nigam / Municipal Corporation).
  • Certified copy of the last class passed report card/progress report (Pre Primary).
  • Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school (mandatory for Class II onwards).
  • Immunization/Vaccination Record certified by a registered medical practitioner.
  • One set of Passport-size photograph of the child and parents.

Important: Admission shall be confirmed only after successful verification of all required documents and completion of the admission formalities.

Submit Application Form

Fill out our Application Form, which is available online for easy submission. You can also download it, fill it manually, and submit it to the school office in person or via email. The form will collect basic details of the student and parents, prior academic performance, and any other important information.
