Inter-House Mathematics Activities (Grades 1–7)

The Mathematics Department conducted Inter-House Mathematics activities for students from Grades 1 to 7 on 9 December. The activities were designed to strengthen logical thinking, teamwork, and interest in Mathematics among students.

For Grade 1, a Maths Dice Roll activity was organized in which students solved basic addition and subtraction sums and participated in number jump games using dice. The activity was engaging and enjoyable for young learners, and Panini House won this event.

Students of Grades 2 to 4 took part in a Number Puzzle Race conducted in a relay format. The activity emphasized speed, accuracy, and coordination. Aryabhatt House performed well and emerged as the winner in this category.

For Grades 5 to 7, a Five-Step Mathematical Puzzle Challenge was organized. Students solved a series of mathematical tasks to collect puzzle pieces and assemble a final shape. This activity tested their problem-solving and reasoning skills, and Aryabhatt House secured the winning position.

Overall, the activities witnessed enthusiastic participation from all classes. Considering the combined performance of all grades, Aryabhatt House emerged as the final overall winning team.
